介绍了经纬纱细度为11.8tex的抗菌阻燃竹纤维家纺织物的设计特点,详述了其织造生产和后整理关键工艺条件;织机生产效率达到93%以上,下机一等品率95%以上,入库一等品率99%以上;产品抑菌率大于99.9%,阻燃性能好。
The design characteristics of 11.8 rex antibacterial flame retardant bamboo fiber for home textile were introduced. The key process of weaving process and finishing process were detailed. The loom efficiency reached above 93 %. First grade percentage be- fore cloth repairing reached above 95%. First grade percentage put in storage reached above 99%. The bacteriostatic rate was greater than 99.9%, and the finished fabric had good flame retardant performance.
