前混合磨料水射流技术在煤矿井下的应用前景分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对水射流技术快速发展,而在煤矿井下应用进展缓慢的问题,总结了水射流技术在煤矿开采,安全生产工程中的应用现状,分析了磨料射流技术对塑性材料和脆性材料的切割机理,提出采用前混合磨料水射流的方法克服水射流技术的不足,加强其在煤矿井下的应用。 For the rapid development of water-jet technology except of in the field of underground coal mine,summarizes the application status of water-jet technology in coal mine exploitation and safety product project, analysis the cutting mechanism of abrasive water-jet technology on plastic and brittle material, proposes pre-mixed abrasive water-jet technology mine widely to overcome the limits of water-jet technology.
