摘要
从高压水射流机理和喷嘴结构参数着手,设计多种不同形状的喷嘴流道线型,应用GAMBIET前处理软件建立各自的物理模型,导入FLUENT软件对水射流结构进行流体分析,得出有过渡圆角、锥形角和直线形流道的喷嘴结构特性最佳。通过模拟对破煤效果参数量化,进一步研究结构的不同对破煤加工的影响,合理的喷嘴结构为高压水射流破煤提供有利条件。
First from the mechanism of high pressure water jet and nozzle structure parameters, design a variety of different shape of nozzle flow lines, and apply GAMBIET before processing software to establish their own physical model, and then import the water jet with FLUENT soft ware structure, fluid analysis it is concluded that a transition fillet, cone angle and linear flow touch mouth structure features of the best. At last, through quantitative simulation parameters, the further study of the structure of the gap between the influence of different processing of broken coal, the reasonable structure of nozzle of high pressure water jet coal to provide favorable conditions.
