摘要
研制了一种新型的矿用混合式空冷器,该装置由壳体、喷淋装置、表面式空冷器及挡水板组合而成。喷淋装置的喷淋水可采用天然冷源,一方面可承担一部分的矿井降温冷负荷,节约一部分的矿井降温能耗;另一方面冲刷了表面式空冷器表面的大量污垢,提高了表面式空冷器的传热系数。与传统的矿用空冷器相比,新型矿用混合式空冷器可有效满足粉尘浓度大、降温负荷大的矿井降温系统的需要,并且能耗较低,是一种值得推广的新型矿用空冷器。
A new mine air cooler used mixed type is proposed. The system consists ot shell, spraying device, surface type air cooler and water retaining plate. The spray water of spraying device adopts natural cold sources. On the one band, it can bear a part of cooling load for mine cooling, it can save a lot of energy consumption for mine cooling,on the other hand, it washes a lot of dirt from the surface type air cooler's surface, so as to improve the heat transfer coefficient of the surface type air cooler. Compared with the traditional air cooler,New mine used mixed type air cooler, proposed in this paper, can effectively meet the needs of cooling system in mine, which has high concentration dust and high cooling load.What's more, it can lower energy consumption, so it is a worthy popularizing new mine air cooler.
