从缝隙流流量计算出发,分析了碟片式旋转供油器中密封的组成,进行泄漏量的计算,从而得出配油套旋转供油器适用于小轴径低压旋转供油,碟片式旋转供油器适用于轴径比较大、压力高、转速高的产品的旋转供油,完善了缝隙流原理在旋转配油中应用,拓展了旋转配油器的设计思路。

Based on gap flow calculation,analyzed the composition of rotating seal in the oil supply device, the leakage is calculated, thus it is concluded that oil distribution set of rotating low rotating oil feeder is suitable for the small diameter of axle oil supply, rotating disc type oil feeder is suitable for the diameter of axle is larger, high pressure, high speed of the rotation of the product oil supply, improve the gap flow principle applied in the rotary oil distribution, extend the design idea of rotary oil distribution.
