大型矿井提升机支轮有限元分析及优化

摘要 为了提高大型矿井提升机主轴的工作性能,减小支轮应力、位移,提出了基于Simulation的支轮优化方法。运用Simulation有限元分析,针对2JK-5大型矿井提升机的固筒右支轮,以其结构尺寸为设计变量,采用组合优化策略进行优化求解。优化后,支轮的最大应力减小了41%,最大综合位移减小了35.78%,其工作性能有一定程度的提高,同时为其他型号的支轮设计提供了参考。 In order to improve large-scale mine hoist spindle performance, reduced support wheel stress, displacement, proposed optimization based on wheel Simulation goals. Simulation using finite element analysis,solid wheel cylinder right branch for 2JK-5 large mine hoist,with its structural dimensions of design variables, combinatorial optimization strategy optimization solution. After optimization, the maximum stress outrigger wheels is reduced by 41% ,the 35.78%, its performance has improved to some extent.
