摘要 液压支架立柱中缸壁厚为50~65 mm,焊接量相对比较大,为减少焊丝消耗量,提高焊接效率,拟对窄间隙焊接工艺技术进行试验研究,应用到中缸与其活塞头的焊接中。从技术角度上看,其诸多的技术优越性决定着该技术在薄壁管除外的所有中厚缸径范围内的焊接均有极大的优势。但从经济角度上看,窄间隙焊接技术的确存在着一个经济厚度范围问题,即在享有其技术优越性的同时,需考虑获得显著经济效益的厚度范围。 In the hydraulic support column cylinder wall thickness of 50-65 mm,welding quantity is relatively large ,in order to reduce electrode consumption, and improve the efficiency of welding,for narrow gap welding technology experiments and research, applied to the end of the cylinder and the piston in the welding. From a technical point of view, many of its technical superiority determines all the technology except in thin wall tube in the thick cylinder diameter range of welding have great advantages. But look from economic Angle,narrow gap welding technology does exist an economic thickness range, namely while enjoy the technical superiority, take into account the thickness range of the remarkable economic benefit.
