摘要
鉴于高低压转换装置的节能效果和技术优势,以高低压转换装置为核心的地面集中矿井降温系统得到越来越多的应用;为了达到最优的设计目的,对高低压转换装置的承压部件进行强度设计;由于工作压力处于周期性交替变化状态,须对其进行疲劳设计研究,以确定装置的设计参数能够满足疲劳寿命的要求,采用ANSYS软件对其应力分布及疲劳性能进行分析,确定装置的安全性和可靠性。
In view of the energy saving effect and technology advantages of the Pressure Exchange Device ,it's proposed that the ground concentrated mine cooling system design scheme as the core. In order to achieve the most optimal design, we design the pressure parts. Due to the changing state of the working pressure, we need to research the fatigue design. In order to confirm the design parameters whether them can meet the operating requirements of the barrel's fatigue life,use ANSYS to analysis and calculation the stress distribution and the fatigue performances. It can be confirmed the safety and reliability.
