摘要
水泵是煤矿通用机械之一,承担矿井排水的任务。针对龙岩市某矿主排水泵实际运行中振动故障,总结水泵常见振动故障原因和特征,采用频谱和波形分析法,发现振动属非线性振动,频带范围较宽,除转频外,还有2阶、3阶等高次谐波,其故障是摩擦诱发振动造成的,而油路堵塞又是形成摩擦的主要原因,采取清洗油路、更换润滑油等改进措施,并加强维护,保证水泵正常运转,振动符合标准。
The water pump is one of the general machinery of the coal mine, to assume the task of mine drainage. According to the vibration fault in Longyan city a mine drainage pump running, water pump common vibration fault causes and characteristics are summarized by spectrum and waveform analysis method, vibration and nonlinear vibration ,wide frequency range, in addition to the rotor frequency and second-order, third-order harmonics,the fault is friction induced vibration caused by and oil plug is one of the main reasons for the formation of friction, take to clean the oil ,replace the oil lubrication improvement measures ,and strengthen the maintenance ,to ensure the normal operation of the pump, vibration conforms to the standard.
