摘要
刮板输送机采用液力耦合器进行驱动,存在效率低、故障率高等缺点,而井下防爆变频器由于受到电缆输出距离和功率器件耐压的限制,不能很好地应用于刮板输送机的驱动中。介绍一种高压大功率十二脉动三电平防爆变频器在井下刮板输送机驱动中的应用,详细介绍了工作原理及使用经验。
Scraper conveyor has been driven by the hydrodynamic coupling with lower efficiency and higher failure rate. In the coal mine, due to the limitation of cable output distance and power devices voltage, the common explosion-proof frequency converter is unsuitable for the driving of scraper conveyor. Mainly introduces the application of a kind of high pressure high-power twelve pulse tri- level explosion-proof inverter for the scraper conveyor and discusses its working principle and use experience in detail.
