摘要
通过在直流电机主极线圈与机座之间填充不同材料进行温升对比试验,找到了一种可操作性强,降温效果显著的导热材料,辅以合理的主极装配工艺,有效解决主极线圈温升高问题。
By temperature comparison test main pole coils filling with different material between the DC motor main pole coils and frame, found a strong operability significant cooling effect of a thermally conductive material, combined with extremely reasonable main assembly process, effectively solve the main poles coil temperature rise problem.
