摘要
大学生就业能力是关系到大学生获得并保持工作机会的重要能力,而心理资本强调对积极心理因素的利用,进而使个体获得职场的竞争优势。本研究从心理资本的视角出发,选取某师范大学大一至大四本科生作为研究对象,旨在探究大学生心理资本与就业能力的现状及二者关系,在此基础上寻找提升大学生就业能力的有效途径。
College students' employability is an important ability for students to get and keep a job, and psychological capital emphasizes the use of positive psychological factors, and help the individuals gain a competitive advantage in the workplace. This research is based on the perspective of psychological capital, selecting X Normal University undergraduates from freshman to senior as research objectives, to explore the status of college students' psychological capital and employability and the relationship between them. Based on the results, the research aims to find out an effective way to promote college students' employability.
