学科服务是医学院校图书馆开展的新型服务模式,这一新型服务模式对于推动医学院校和附属医院的教学科研、临床实践工作以及创新型医护人才的培养具有重要意义。文章阐述了作为医学专业图书馆的天津医科大学图书馆,其学科服务的构建思路和个性化特点,旨在能够以学科服务的方式最大限度地利用图书馆的优质医学学术资源,发挥图书馆馆员的知识服务能力。

Subject service is a new service model of medical colleges＂ libraries, and this new service model is of great significance to promote scientific research, clinical practice and the cultivation of the innovative medical talents in medical colleges and affiliated hospitals. The paper expounds the construction idea and personalized features of library in Tianjin Medical University, aiming to maximize the use of high-quality medical academic library resources in the form of subject service and knowledge and to promote librarians＂ service capabilities.
