This paper introduces the concept of career planning construction of counselors＇ team in colleges and universities, rethinks the role of counselors in colleges and universities, and discusses on the significance of career planning of university counselors. College counselors doing career planning is beneficial to the individual development; besides, it is conducive to the thorough development of ideological and political education work; meanwhile, it is beneficial to guide students in career planning. What＇s more, it can be applied to solve the problems of individual students.
