摘要
文章以某化工集团丙烯酸生产工艺为例,运用工业代谢分析方法对其水资源代谢过程进行量化分析,并绘制水代谢图。在此基础上,识别和筛选出丙烯酸生产过程中的主要用水单元及废水排放单元,并据此提出水资源代谢优化建议。研究结果表明,采用丙烯氧化法生产丙烯酸过程中的主要耗水环节是"水吸收"工序,主要废水排放环节是"溶剂回收"工序。文章提出了丙烯酸生产过程水代谢系统的优化措施,建议将丙烯酸吸收塔的吸收水采用"新鲜水+废水"的设计,以提高生产过程中的水资源利用效率。
The study analyzes the water utilization process of the acrylic acid production system with industrial metabolism analysis based on a chemical group. On the analysis of above, the study provides the water metabolism map. Furthermore, it identifies the main unit of water-using and wastewater discharge in the system and provides some suggestions. The results show that, in the manufacturing process of acrylic acid by the method of propylene- oxidation, the main water consumption unit is the process of water absorption, and the main wastewater discharge unit is the process of solvent recovery. Based on the analysis, the study provides suggestions for the optimization of the water metabolism system in the acrylic acid production. The fresh and waste water is adopted in the water absorption process in acrylic acid absorption tower to improve the efficiency of water resource utilization.
