摘要 以建构主义理论为指导,牢固树立以学生为主体、教师为主导的教学理念,对教学内容、教学方法、教学手段、教学模式和考核评价等进行全方位的教学改革和探索实践,建立“校企融合”“工学交替”和“产学研用”一体化教学模式,充分调动了学生的实验积极性、主动性和创造性。同时,通过强化实验基本操作技能训练,不断提高学生的综合实验设计能力、创新能力和科研能力,取得了良好的实践效果,为学生就业、创业奠定了坚实的技术基础,较好地满足了企业对高素质技术技能型人才的需求。 Based on constructivism and the teaching ideas of student as center and teacher as guider, this paper expounded the teaching reform of organic chemistry experiment from aspects of teaching content, teaching method, teaching mode and evaluation system, and proposed teaching mode of college-enterprise cooperation, work-study combination and industry-university-research- application integration. This reform could fully arouse students' enthusiasm and creativity, and improve students' comprehensive experiment design ability, innovative ability and scientific re- search ability through strengthening the basic operation skills training. Therefore, this reform achieved good results, laid a solid technical foundation for students' employment and entrepre-neurship, and met the needs of enterprises for technical and skilled talents.
