摘要 伴随着我国特高压电网的大力建设和电力行业体制改革的不断推进,着力发展智能电网技术成为我国电网未来探索的新领域。主要简述了智能电网的概念及特点,并指出了目前国内外智能电网的发展现状。通过分析我国智能电网发展的现有条件以及未来的发展趋势,提出国内新能源未来的发展规划,以期实现新能源和常规能源的协调发展,实现建设资源节约型与环境友好型社会的基本目标,争取早日实现我国未来社会、经济和环境的可持续发展。 Along with the development of UHV construction and reform of the electric power industry in China, the development of smart grid technology has become a new field for the future exploration of China power grid. This pa- per mainly introduces the concept and characteristics of smart grid, and points out the development status of smart grid in China and abroad. Through the analysis of the existing condition of the development of smart grid in China and the development trend of the future, it put forward domestic new energy development plan for the future, in order to realize the coordinated development of new energy and conventional energy, achieve the basic goal of the construc- tion of a resource-saving and environmental friendly society, strive for the early realization of the sustainable develop- ment of China's future society,economy and environment.
