全自动无人值守原料采集取样系统工艺浅析与功能实现

Process Analysis and Function Realization of the Automatic Unattended Raw Material Collection and Sampling System

通过对传统的原料采集取样系统进行全面系统分析,提出了一种基于PLC的全自动无人值守原料采集取样系统方案。通过采集现场设备状态信息,根据采集取样工艺编制相关程序,在上位机采用图形界面方式控制各类设备运行。经过多次实践,系统达到设计要求。

In this paper,a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the traditional raw material collection and sampling system is presented,and a scheme of automatic unattended raw material sampling system based on PLC is put forward. Through collecting the status information of the field equipment,according to the process of collecting and sampling process,the host computer uses the graphical interface to control the operation of all kinds of equipment. After many times of practice,the system meets the design requirements.
