Design and Implementation of the Experts' Information Management System

通过完善、合理的专家库管理系统的建设,实现各类项目、课题等快速地抽选合适的专家,从而大大提高项目评审、项目论证、科技成果评价等评定工作的效率。专家信息管理系统架构基于java,在Windows系统环境下运行,实现各级各类专家需求的管理和抽取,可方便从专家库中指定或随机地选取需求指定数量的专家,使专家抽取流程和原则科学化、公平化、公正化。系统已通过程序实现,应用到山西省科技服务平台系统。

The architecture of experts＇ information management system is based on Java,which operates in the Windows system environment. It is applicable to manage and select for all types and all kinds of experts and easily selects specified or randomly the number of experts from the expert pool,which make the process and principles of expert＇s selection to become scientific,fair and impartial. The system is realized by the program and applied to the service platform system of scientific and technology.
