浅谈广播电视媒体档案管理网络化建设

Talking about the Network Construction on the Archives Management of Radio and TV Media

本文在广电媒体大发展的背景下,节目产品、精品栏目和电视剧等各种多媒体信息资源大爆炸的情况下,为使全国各地媒体文化建设和节目制作水平共同发展,引入档案信息资源管理和网络化建设的概念。分别从媒体档案管理发展现状、网络化实现技术条件以及山西广电节目档案信息资源网络化探索几方面进行了阐述。

In this paper,under the background of the development of radio and television media,and the big bang of program product,fine columns and television dramas,such as all kinds of multimedia information resources,for the common development of the regional media culture construction and program production level,the concept of archives information resource management and network construction is introduced. The article expounds this concept respectively from the aspects of the media file management development status,the realization of network technical condition as well as the network exploration of the Shanxi radio and television program file information resources.
