颈椎成熟法结合百分位数法预测骨性Ⅰ、Ⅱ类青春期女性下颌骨生长发育的研究

摘要 目的建立针对于骨性Ⅰ、Ⅱ类青春期女性患者的下颌骨生长长度的百分位数统计表,用以对下颌骨长度进行预测。方法选取2011至2015年正畸科就诊的10-18岁骨性Ⅰ、Ⅱ类女性患者320例(各160例),对其X线头颅侧位定位片做颈椎成熟度分期,百分位数法对各期下颌升支、下颌骨体、下颌骨全长进行统计分析。结果建立CS 2-CS 6期下颌骨长度的百分位数表。骨性Ⅱ类患者下颌骨升支、下颌体长度、下颌骨全长平均值在各期均小于Ⅰ类患者,且下颌骨全长平均值仅在CS 2期骨性Ⅱ类和Ⅰ类之间存在统计学差异(P=0.037),但在其他期骨性Ⅱ类和Ⅰ类之间差异无统计学意义(P均〉0.05)。Ⅰ、Ⅱ类患者下颌升支在CS 2-CS 3期的生长量(两期间长度差值)大于其他期,而下颌骨体和下颌骨全长在CS 2-CS 3和CS 3-CS 4期的生长量较大。结论以颈椎成熟分期为标准的下颌骨生长长度百分位数统计表可对青春期女性下颌骨长度进行分层的、较准确的预测。
