摘要
研究了一种制作CdSe室温核辐射探测器的新工艺 ,并通过对CdSe室温核辐射探测器MIS接触电极电子注入机理的研究发现 ,CdSe探测器形成MIS接触电极可以降低表面漏电流 ,减小探测器噪声 ,提高探测器能量分辨率 .制备出的CdSe室温核辐射探测器对2 4 1Am 5 9.5keV和10 9Cd87keVγ射线的能量分辨率分别为 9.6 %和 7.5 % .
By researching the electron injection of the CdSe detector with MIS contacts, it was found that the electron injection is the important reason which affects the properties of CdSe detectors. The enenrgy resolution of CdSe detectors with MIS contacts for 59.5keV line of 241 Am and 87keV line of 109 Cd γ ray at room temperature are 9.6% and 7.5% respectively. It can been concluded from the results that the MIS contacts can impede the electron injection and decrease the electronic noise, consequently the energy resolution of CdSe detector can be improved.
