金黄色葡萄球菌对莫匹罗星和氯己定的耐药研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)是引起医院感染最为常见的革兰阳性球菌,早在100多年前,人们就已经开始了对它的研究;目前,该菌所导致的感染仍有很高的病死率。1961年JEVONS等在英国首次发现了耐甲氧西林金葡菌(MRSA),随着抗生素的广泛应用,甚至滥用,世界各地MRSA的检出率有快速增长趋势,其在医院感染比例也逐渐上升。MRSA具有多重耐药,其所致感染有较高的致死率,成为当今感染医学面临的一大难题。
