磁共振扩散加权成像IVIM模型对乳腺良恶性占位病变鉴别诊断的价值 被引量：10

摘要 当今,磁共振已广泛应用于乳腺疾病检查,其中磁共振动态对比增强扫描（dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging,DCE-MRI）应用最为广泛,是乳腺癌高危人群最敏感的筛查手段,诊断敏感性高达85%-95%,但特异性差异较大（60%-85%）。扩散加权成像（diffusion weighted imaging,DWI）,
