摘要 颈动脉粥样硬化斑块破裂和血栓形成是诱发急性缺血性脑血管疾病的独立危险因素,及时识别易损斑块有助于预防卒中的发生,为临床治疗提供依据。高分辨率MRI以其极高的软组织分辨率及安全无创的优势成为近年来颈动脉筛查的研究热点,它能够较好地显示斑块重要的生物学特征,分析斑块的内部成分及形态学分布,确定易损斑块,评价斑块的稳定性。本文旨在对高分辨MRI在易损斑块的识别及其临床应用方面作一简单综述。 Carotid atherosclerotic plaque rupture and thrombosis are the independent risk factors of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Timely identification of vulnerable plaque is helpful to prevent the occurrence of stroke,and it can provide the basis for clinical treatment.In recent years,high resolution MRI has become a hot spot in the research of carotid artery screening with its high soft tissue resolution and the advantage of safety.It can well show the important biological characteristics of the plaque,analyze the internal composition and morphology of the patch,identify vulnerable plaque,and evaluate the stability of the plaque.The purpose of this paper is to make a brief summary of the high resolution MR in the identification of vulnerable plaque and its clinical application.
