摘要
针对目前市场上使用的平煤装置在平煤过程中出现的一系列问题,从刮板结构优化的角度,提出了一种对称抛物线型的异型面结构的平煤装置,并使用离散元软件对其进行物理建模和运动仿真。仿真结果表明这种新型的平煤器刮板结构能够得到更好的平煤效果。
In the light on a series of problems in the process of leveling of flat coal equipment at present, this paper puts forward a kind of symmetric parabolic heterogeneous surface structure of the leveling device,and uses the discrete element software carrying on the physical modeling and movement simulation. The simulation results show that This new type of leveling scraper structure can get better leveling effect.
