摘要
在生物材料表面上先接枝精氨酸 甘氨酸 天冬氨酸三肽 (Arg Gly Asp ,RGD) ,然后再在其上种植和培养内皮细胞 ,这是目前改善心血管材料血液相容性最好的方法之一 .作者采用液相合成法合成了RGD三肽并对其进行了生物活性检测 。
RGD is connected onto the surface of biomaterials, and followed by cultivating endothelial cell, which is one of the best ways in improving the blood comparability of cardiovascular materials.The tripeptide RGD is synthesized by the method of liquid synthesis. The bioactive of the tripeptide RGD has been investigated. The preliminary result shows that the tripeptide RGD possesses the ability to promote the attachment between materials and endothelial cell.
