摘要
目的探讨术中冰冻切片技术在甲状腺肿瘤中的应用,提高甲状腺乳头状癌的诊断准确性。方法回顾性对比观察2010年1月至2014年12月我科诊断的286例甲状腺乳头状癌患者的冰冻切片和术后石蜡切片。结果术中明确诊断甲状腺乳头状癌278例,延迟报告5例,假阴性3例。结论冰冻切片在甲状腺肿瘤中有很高的应用价值,诊断准确率可达97.5%以上。
Objective From exploring the application of frozen section in thyroid tumor, to improve the diagnostic accuracy of papillary thyroid carcinoma. Method From January 2014 to December 2010, 286 patients with thyroid papillary carcinoma were treated with frozen section and paraffin section. Results 278 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma were clearly diagnosed during operation, Delay report 5 cases, false negative in 3 cases, the diagnosis accuracy rate can reach 97.5% or more. Conclusion Frozen section in thyroid cancer has very high application value, the accuracy of diagnostic is up to 97.5%.
