凶险性前置胎盘的危险因素及妊娠结局分析

Analysis of Risk Factors of Placenta Previa and Pregnancy Outcome

目的探讨凶险性前置胎盘危险因素及妊娠结局。方法选自2014年1月至2015年1月我院收治的凶险性前置胎盘产妇31例,对这31例产妇的临床资料进行回顾,了解凶险性前置胎盘的危险因素及产妇的妊娠结局,进而为临床干预提供可靠性的数据参考。结果凶险性前置胎盘产妇的危险因素主要包括高龄、吸烟、酗酒、流产史及剖宫产史,胎儿的妊娠结局不乐观,其主要包括早产、窒息、新生儿死亡以及死胎等。结论在临床上,针对于凶险性前置胎盘产妇应做到及时确诊、及时干预,通过对其进行有效的临床干预,降低产妇的生产风险,最大程度的确保产妇生产的安全,促进临床工作的顺利开展和高质量的完成。

Objective To explore the risk factors of danger placenta previa and pregnancy outcome. Methods Selected danger of January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital 31 cases of maternal placenta previa, these clinical data were retrospectively reviewed 31 cases of maternal, understanding the danger of placenta previa and maternal risk factors for pregnancy outcome, and thus to provide reliable data for clinical intervention reference. Results The risk factors for placenta previa danger maternal include age, smoking, alcohol, abortion and cesarean delivery, fetal pregnancy outcomes are not optimistic, which mainly include premature birth, asphyxia, neonatal death and stillbirth. Conclusions In clinical practice, for maternal placenta previa in danger should be timely diagnosis and timely intervention by its effective clinical intervention to reduce the risk of maternal production, maximize production to ensure the safety of women, the promotion of clinical work the smooth development and high quality finish.
