摘要
目的对糖尿病足预防护理"五部曲"的教育实施以及实施效果进行评价。方法选取我院收治的30例糖尿病足患者,随机的将患者分成观察组(15例)和对照组(15例)。对照组采取常规的糖尿病护理方式,观察组同时接受"五部曲"的足部预防护理。结果观察组患者的认知能力(27.8±1.5分)以及日常生活能力(33.8±3.1分)得分均高于对照组,血糖水平和空腹血糖均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病足患者进行"五部曲"的预防护理和教育可以显著提高患者的认知水平,有效延缓糖尿病足的发生,对于糖尿病的远期预防和治疗有着重要意义,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the education implementation and effect of "Five Steps" preventive care of diabetic foot. Methods 30 cases of diabetic foot patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (15 cases) and control group (15 cases). The control group used conventional diabetes care method, the observation group in the meantime also received "five steps" foot preventive care. Results In observation group the patients' cognitive ability score (27.8±1.5 points) and ADL score (33.8±3.1 points) were higher than control group, blood glucose levels and fasting blood glucose were lower than control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion For patients with diabetic foot "Five Steps" preventive care and education can significantly improve the patients' cognitive level, and enhance the patients' self-management skills; it has significance for long-term prevention and treatment of diabetes, worthy of promotion.
