Central Venous Catheter in the Treatment of Liver Abscess

目的探讨中心静脉导管在介入超声治疗肝脓肿中的方法、适应证、疗效以及优点。方法 2005年3月至2015年3月对169例肝脓肿患者在局麻下用中心静脉导管代替开腹行肝脓肿引流术。结果全组均痊愈出院,随访1~12个月,9例复发。结论中心静脉导管代替开腹行肝脓肿引流术介入超声治肝脓肿具有安全可靠,有效,微创和痛苦小,恢复快等优点,可以在基层医院临床广泛应用。

Objective To explore the methods, indications, efficacy and advantages of central venous catheter in the treatment of liver abscess by interventional ultrasound. Methods From March 2005 to March 2015 of 169 patients with liver abscess under local anesthesia with central venous catheter instead of laparotomy drainage for liver abscess, Results All the patients were cured and discharged, followed up for 1-12 months, 9 cases recurred. Conclusion Central venous catheter is safe, reliable, effective, minimally invasive and less painful, and can be used in the treatment of liver abscess.
