兰索拉唑联合抗菌药物治疗酒精性消化溃疡的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Lansoprazole Combined with Antibacterial Agents in the Treatment of Alcohol Type Peptic ulcer

目的探讨和分析兰索拉唑联合抗菌药物治疗酒精性消化溃疡的临床效果,以供参考。方法随机选取本院收治的108例酒精性消化溃疡患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各54例,均给予常规抗菌药物及胃酸缓冲剂。另对照组联合奥美拉唑治疗,观察组则是联合兰索拉唑治疗,对比观察治疗后两组患着的溃疡的预后情况。结果疗程结束后,观察组中药物有效率达96.30%;对照组治疗总有效率81.48%。观察组疗总效率明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论应用兰索拉唑联合抗菌药物治疗酒精性消化溃疡的临床效果更佳,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lansoprazole combined with antibacterial agents in the treatment ot alcohol type peptic ulcer, for reference. Methods 108 cases of alcohol type peptic ulcer were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 54 cases in each group, they all were given conventional antibacterial agents and acid buffeting agents. The control group added omeprazole treatment, the observation group added lansoprazole treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 96.30%; and the total effective rate of control group was 81.48%. The former was significantly higher than the latter （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Applying lansoprazole combined with antibacterial agents has better clinical effect in the treatment of alcohol type peptic ulcer, which his worthy of clinical promotion.
