摘要
作者使用两次染色体步移 (Genomewalking)法 ,从籼稻 (Oryzasativasubsp .indica)IR36中克隆到长度为 5 6 9bp的花粉 proiflin基因的启动子片段 ,并进行了全序列测定和分析 .结果表明 :在该段序列中含有 3个TATAbox ,3个CAATbox和 2个G box .通过EPD(TheEukaryoticPromoterDatabase)的比较发现 ,序列的 + 2~ - 71区域与番茄 (Lycopersiconescu lentum)花粉特异基因LAT5 2 ,向日葵 (Helianthusannuus)花药特异基因SF2启动子关键序列的同源性为 5 0
The promoter of pollen profilin gene in rice was cloned through twice genome walking and it was fully sequenced and analyzed.This sequence includes two TATA box,three CAAT box and two G box.The results of searching in the Eukaryotic Promoter Database show that the +2~-71 region of this sequence is about 50% similarity to the key sequence of tomato pollen special gene LAT52 promoter and sunflower anther special gene SF2 promoter.
