血透室常见护理风险的因素分析及管理要点分析

目的对血透室常见护理风险因素以及管理要点进行回顾性分析。方法选取2010年7月至2013年1月以及2013年4月至2015年5月间,在我院血透室接受护理的患者各52例,对其进行相应的护理风险因素以及管理要点分析。结果管理组血透室患者的安全隐患发生率为7.69%(4/52)低于参照组的21.15%(11/52),护理满意度为90.38%(47/52)高于参照组的73.08%(38/52),P<0.05,存在统计学意义。结论通过对血透室的常见护理风险因素进行分析,并在常规护理基础上加用管理要点,能有效降低血透室患者的安全隐患发生率,提高护理满意度,值得广泛推广应用。

Objective Common nursing risk factors of hemodialysis room and main points of management were retrospectively analyzed. Methods July 2010 to January 2010 and April 2013 to May 2015, in our hospital in patients receiving care hemodialysis room all 52 cases, carry on the corresponding nursing risk factors and the analysis of the key points of management. Results Patients with hemodialysis room management group, the incidence of safe hidden trouble was 7.69%（4/52） is lower than the control group 21.15%（11/52）, and nursing satisfaction was 90.38%（47/52） higher than that of control group 73.08%（38/52）, P〈0.05, there is statistical significance. Conclusion Based on the common hemodialysis room nursing risk factors were analyzed, and on the basis of conventional nursing care plus points with management, can effectively reduce the incidence of patients with hemodialysis room security hidden danger, improve nursing satisfaction and is worth wide application.
