摘要
目的探讨人文护理应用于内分泌护理中的效果。方法选取101例在我院内分泌科住院的患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组50例,采取普通护理措施,试验组51例,在对照组的基础上采取人文护理,包括对患者的生理护理、心理护理、社会环境护理、人文精神护理,从而为患者提供最理想的护理措施。观察两组患者的护理效果。结果试验组患者对护理的满意度、心理状态评分及基础护理落实率全部优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内分泌护理中应用人文护理,提高患者对护理的满意度以及心理评分状态,值得在临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic nursing applied in endocrine. Methods Select 101 cases of patients hospitalized in our hospital endocrinology were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group 50 cases positions were gaven Ordinary nursing measures. Experimental group 51 cases, patients in the control group on the basis of humanistic care including physiological nursing to the patients, psychological nursing, care of the social environment, the humanities spirit. ConclusionApplication of humanistic care in the endocrine care improve patients satisfaction of nursing and psychological ratings, is worth popularizing in clinical.
