经尿道前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床分析

Transurethral Resection of Prostate for the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)患者的临床效果。方法方便选取2013年10月—2015年10月之间于该院接受治疗的300例BPH患者,将其随机均分为观察组与对照组,分别行经尿道前列腺等离子电切与经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,观察其手术情况与指标改善情况。结果两组的手术时间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;观察组的术中出血量少于对照组,术后并发症发生率为8.7%,低于对照组(34.7%),P<0.05;治疗前,两组的各项指标差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后,指标值均有所改善,观察组的残余尿量少于对照组,生活质量评分(QOL)大于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对BPH患者行经尿道前列腺等离子电切治疗,术中出血量和术后并发症少,安全性高,临床疗效理想,而且可提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral resection of prostate plasma in the treatment of pa-tients with benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. Methods 300 cases of BPH patients treated in this hospital from 2013 Octo-ber to 2015 October were selected,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, respectively, transurethral plasma kinetic resection and surgery in the treatment of transurethral resection, observe the operation situation and index to improve the situation. Results The operation time of the two groups without significant difference （P〉 0.05）; in the observation group, the intraoperative bleeding volume was less than that in the control group, postoperative complica-tions rate was 8.7%, lower than that of the control group （34.7%）,（P﹤ 0.05）. Before treatment, all kinds of indexes in the two groups no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）; after treatment, index value were improved. In the observation group, the residual urine is less than that of the control group, the quality of life （QOL） score is greater than that of the control group, significant difference,（P﹤ 0.05）. Conclusion Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate for the treatment of BPH, can reduce the amount of bleeding and postoperative complications, and has high safety, good clinical effect, can improve the quality of life of patients.
