腹股沟疝无张力修补术术后感染补片取出8例研究

Inguinal Hernia Patch Removal in 8 Cases of Postoperative Infection after Tension-free Repair

目的探究无张力修补腹股沟疝后感染补片的取出的原因以及处理方法。方法采用回顾性分析的方法对2014年1月—2015年1月来该院就诊的并行腹股沟疝无张力修补术并并发术后补片感染的8例患者进行临床资料分析。结果 8例患者中3例行补片部分清除术,5例患者行补片全摘除手术,并在术后对患者进行常规外科换药,随访1年8名患者均为出现复发。结论导致发生生物补片感染的因素有很多,临床工作中可以通过使用抗生素以及二次手术清除补片的手段达到控制甚至清除感染以及控制并减少腹股沟疝复发的效果。

Objective To explore the causes and treatment of non tension repair of inguinal hernia after inguinal hernia re-pair. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 8 patients with concurrent inguinal hernia repair in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital. The clinical data of patients with postoperative patch infection were an-alyzed. Results 3 cases of patients with 8 cases of partial removal of the patch, 5 cases of patients with complete removal of the whole operation, and after surgery for patients with conventional surgical dressing, followed up for 1 years and 8 pa-tients were recurrence. Conclusion There are many factors that lead to biological patch infection, clinical work can be through the use of antibiotics and the second operation in the clearance fill the means to control and even eliminate infec-tions and to control and reduce the effect of recurrent inguinal hernia.
