后路内固定融合术治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折临床疗效观察

Posterior Internal Fixation and Fusion for Treatment of Thoracolumbar Fracture

目的研究后路内固定融合术治疗脊柱胸腰段骨折的临床疗效。方法整群选取并回顾性分析该院于2014年7月—2015年4月收治的48例脊柱胸腰段骨折患者的临床资料,按抽签方式分为对照组(n=24)和观察组(n=24)。对照组患者接受前路内固定融合术治疗,观察组患者接受后路内固定融合术治疗。将两组手术相关指标、临床疗效及住院时间进行对比分析。结果两组术中出血量、手术时间、切口长度及住院时间相比,观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的临床疗效总有效率为95.8%,高于对照组的66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用后路内固定融合术对脊柱胸腰段骨折患者进行治疗,可显著提高治疗效果,缩短手术时间,临床优势明显。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of posterior internal fixation and fusion treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Methods Group selection retrospective analysis of clinical data of patients with fracture in our hospital from July 2014 to April 2015 were 48 cases of thoracolumbar spine, by divided into control group （n=24） and observation group （n=24）. The control group received anterior internal fixation treatment, the observation group underwent posterior internal fixa-tion and interbody fusion for the treatment. The indexes related to operation of the two groups, and duration of hospitaliza-tion were compared. Results The amount of bleeding of clinical curative effect, two groups were compared operative time, incision length and hospitalization time of observation group were lower than the control group, the difference was signifi-cant （P﹤ 0.05）; clinical the efficacy of the observation group the total effective rate was 95.8%, higher than 66.7% in the control group, the difference was significant （P﹤ 0.05）. Conclusion The application of posterior internal fixation and fusion for thoracolumbar spine fracture patients, can significantly improve The treatment effect, shorten the operation time, the clini-cal advantage is obvious.
