老年患者结肠癌手术治疗中完整结肠系膜切除术的安全性及可行性

Surgical Treatment of Elderly Patients with Colon Cancer in Complete Safe-ty and Feasibility of Mesenteric Node Excision

目的探析完整结肠系膜切除术治疗老年结肠癌的效果。方法方便选取2010年1月—2015年6月收治的158例老年结直肠手术患者,将其分为对照组和治疗组,各79例,对照组给予传统根治术,治疗组给予完整结肠系膜切除术,比较两组安全性及可行性。结果治疗组术后出血量、淋巴结清除数较对照组比较差异有统计学意义P<0.05;治疗组并发症发生率6.33%、复发率3.80%较对照组比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论完整结肠系膜切除术治疗老年结肠癌的效果显著,值得应用。
