莫西沙星超短程治疗方案治疗初治菌阳肺结核疗效观察

The Curative Effect Observation of Initial Treatment of Tuberculosis Treat-ed by Therapeutic Schedule of Ultra-short-course of Moxifloxacin

目的探讨莫西沙星超短程治疗方案治疗初治菌阳肺结核的临床疗效。方法方便选择2014年11月—2015年11月该院收治的68例初治菌阳肺结核患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组两组,各34例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施莫西沙星超短程治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组病灶吸收有效率为88.2%,痰菌阴转率为91.2%,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用莫西沙星超短程治疗方案对初治菌阳肺结核进行治疗,可显著提高临床疗效,值得推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect observation of initial treatment of tuberculosis treated by therapeutic schedule of ultra-short-course of moxifloxacin. Methods To selected 68 cases of patients with initial treatment of tubercu-losis at our hospital from the November 2014 to November 2015 to randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, each 34 cases. The control group was implemented treatment by conventional therapy, the treatment group was imple-mented treatment by ultra-short-course of moxifloxacin. To compared the treatment effect of them. Results The effective rate of the focus absorbed of the treatment group was 88.2%,the negative-transfer of sputum smear of the treatment group was 91.2%, that was significantly higher than the control, there was statistical significance （P﹤0.05）. Conclusion To using the therapeutic schedule of ultra-short-course of moxifloxacin for treatment of the initial treatment of tuberculosis that able significant improved the clinical effect, and worth for promotion.
