摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动对提高妊娠期糖尿病患者饮食治疗依从性的效果。方法采取方便抽样方法,抽取2014年1月至3月本院产科住院的53例妊娠期糖尿病患者为对照组,2014年4月至7月同科住院的68例妊娠期糖尿病患者为观察组。对照组常规饮食治疗,观察组实施品管圈持续质量改进方法:成立品管圈活动组织,选定提高妊娠期糖尿病患者饮食治疗依从性为活动主题,对其饮食治疗依从性进行调查,分析其依从性低的原因,制定相应的措施并组织实施。比较两组患者饮食依从性、饮食治疗2周后血糖值情况、护理服务满意度。结果观察组饮食依从性高于对照组,两组患者之间有明显统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组饮食治疗两周后空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖值,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者对护理服务的满意度高于对照组,两组患者之间有明显统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论品管圈质量管理工具应用可以提高妊娠期糖尿病患者饮食依从性,改善围生期母婴健康水平,提高护理满意度。护士的管理能力、工作热情、创造性思维、团队精神也明显提高,值得进一步推广。
Objective To investigate effect of quality control circle activities on proving the diet compliance in gestational diabetes mellitus patients. Methods From 1 to 3 in 2014, a total of 53 gestational diabetes mellitus patients in maternity from the hospital were extracted as control group, while a total of 68 gestational diabetes mellitus patients in the same department from 4 to 7 in 2014 were extracted as observation group. Results The dietary adherence of observation group is higher than control group, and the differences had significance（P〈0.05）. After two week of diet treatment, fasting blood glucose and postprandial two hour blood glucose levels of observation group were significantly decreased than control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusions QCC quality management tools application in gestational diabetes mellitus patients can improve dietary adherence, the health level of maternal perinatal period, and nursing satisfaction. Nurse management capability, work ethic, creative thinking, teamwork techniques had also remarkably improved in QCC activities, it is worth being further popularized.
