士官高职电工电子基本技能实训式教学模式研究

摘要 依据士官高职的岗位任职需求,分析士官高职的目标定位,构建了基本技能训练课程体系;以“适度、够用”的原则优选教学内容,采用基于项目驱动模式完成实训教材建设;采用项目式教学和任务驱动式教学方法,让学员“做中学、学中做”;采用过程评价体系和职业技能鉴定进行实训技能的评价考核;健全了教员选拔与培养机制,这一系列教学实践使士官高职的电工电子技能实训具有了更加明确的岗位任职指向性和军事职业教育特色。 According to the post demand of sergeant in higher vocational education, analyzing sergeant's target location, built curriculum system of basic skill training. Optimizating teaching content according to the principle of "moderate, enough". The training textbook is built based on "project-driven" model. Making students learn by doing and do by learning by project teaching and task driven teaching method. The system of process evaluation and occupational skills exams are used in evaluation of practical skills assessment. Improving mechanism of the teacher selection and training. The electrical and electronical skills training of sergeant in higher vocational education has more definite position directivity and mihtary professional education characteristic by the series of teaching practice.
