素质拓展训练在职业教育中的应用性研究——以贵阳护理职业学院为例

通过对职业学校学生开在展素质拓展训练前后进行问卷测评，调查素质拓展训练在职业教育中的作用和学生以及教师对素质拓展训练的满意度情况。结果显示，素质拓展训练能够提高职业学校学生的班级凝集力、团队合作精神、对班级的热爱程度，能够培养学生的沟通能力、创造力、执行力、心理承受能力等综合素质，并且受到学生和教师的普遍欢迎。

Filled in the questionnaire for vocational school students before and after the Quality Develop Training to research the satisfaction and affection. Research findings showed that the Quality Develop Training could improve student＇s abilities to communicate, creativity, execution, psychological endurance, etc. It was also could promote the class cohesion, teamwork Skill, etc. The Quality Develop Training was welcomed by the students and teachers.
