基于民航应用型人才培养的《安全信息管理》教学改革研究

Teaching Reform Reseach on ＂Safety Information Management＂ based on the Training Pratical Civil Aviation Personnel

安全信息管理是民航安全管理的重要组成部分，掌握相关知识与能力是从事民航安全管理工作所必需的。本课题将以培养民航安全信息管理应用型人才为目标，通过对民航单位安全信息管理的实际调研，梳理其工作流程及内容，剖析岗位员工的能力需求。围绕“如何提高安全信息管理水平”的主线．以岗位工作内容和能力要求为导向，在五个方面进行《安全信息管理》课程教学改革。

Safety information management is an important part of aviation safety management, to acquire the ability and relevant knowledge is the require of the managemant of civil aviation safety. The paper will train civil aviation safety information management personnel as the goal, through investigation, combing their work flow, analyzing the ability of staff positions, around the the main line of ＂how to improve the safety information management level＂,the ability and demand-oriented, reform the ＂safety information management＂ course teaching in five areas.
