小儿热速清口服液中葛根素的含量测定

Content determination of“Xiao-er resuqing”oral liquid for injection

目的:建立小儿热速清口服液中葛根素含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇-水(75∶25)为流动相,检测波长为250nm,流速为1.0m L/min。结果:葛根素在3.446μg/m L^17.228μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为r=0.9999(n=7),平均回收率为99.6%(RSD=0.26%,n=9)。结论:该方法准确可靠,重现性好。可作为该制剂的葛根质量控制方法。

Objective： To establish a method for determine the content of ＂Xiao-er resuqing＂oral liquid For injection. Methods： Using the method of HPLC,with eighteen alkyl silane bonded silica as filler,Methanol and water（25 ∶75） as mobile phase,The detection wavelength was 250 nm,The flow rate was 1.0m L/min。 Results： Purerin sodium in 3.446μg/m L ~17.228 μg/m L and the linear range,correlation coefficient r=0.9999（n=7）,the average recovery rate was 99.6%（RSD=0.26%,n=9）.Conclusion： the method is accurate and reliable,reproducible. Can be used as one of the methods for quality control of this preparation.
