清热解毒口服液治疗流行性角结膜炎的疗效观察

Observation of qingrejiedu oral liquid curative effect on treating angle of epidemic conjunctivitis

目的：观察清热解毒口服液对流行性角结膜炎的临床疗效。方法：对在2015年2~12月门诊流行性角结膜炎患者,共84例,双眼均患病者纳入观察,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组42例。治疗组给予清热解毒口服液口服联合诺氟沙星滴眼液进行治疗,对照组仅给予诺氟沙星胶囊,总疗程为两周,观察两组用药后的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为95.23%和76.2%。差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组和对照组均无明显不良反应。结论：清热解毒口服液联合诺氟沙星滴眼液治疗流行性角结膜炎的临床疗效确切。

Objective：Observation qingrejiedu oral liquid on the clinical curative effect of angle of epidemic conjunctivitis. Methods：Outpatient angle of epidemic conjunctivitis patients in February 2015 ~ December 2015,total of 84 cases,eyes are diseased in observation,randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,42 cases in each group. Treatment group given qingrejiedu oral liquid oral joint norfloxacin eye drops for treatment,The control group only given norfloxacin eye drops. the total course of 2 weeks.Observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups after medication. Results：The clinical curative effect of treatment group and control group total effective rate were 95.23% and 76.2% respectively,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）。 The experimental group and the control group had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion：Qingrejiedu oral liquid joint norfloxacin eye drops to treat angle of epidemic conjunctivitis have obvious clinical effect.
