不同产地泽泻盐炙前后水提液中成分及其利尿作用分析

目的：探讨不同产地泽泻盐炙前后水提液中成分及其利尿作用的差异。方法：抽选福建、江西、四川、广西四个地方的泽泻为研究材料,使用薄层色谱法定性实验以及高效液相色谱法定量试验分析上述产地的泽泻在盐炙前后水提液成分的差异。同时本次研究以SD系列大鼠为研究对象,将其随机分为4组使用不同产地的泽泻生品、炙品对大鼠进行代谢笼法实验,测定大鼠尿量变化差异。结果：相较于空白对照组,同一时间广西生品给药后1~3h、6h可促使大鼠排尿量明显增加（P〈0.05）,而四川生品只是在给药之后的1h促使大鼠排尿量增加,江西生品对大鼠排尿量没有明显的影响（P〉0.05）,福建生品给药1~2h后可促使大鼠排尿量明显减少（P〈0.05）。广西泽泻盐炙品可促使大鼠排尿量增加,四川泽泻盐炙品可促使大鼠排尿量明显增加,而江西与福建泽泻盐炙品可促使大鼠排尿量明显减少（P〈0.05）。结论：不同产地的泽泻生品均无长时间的利尿效果,但不同产地的泽泻盐炙品则具有不同的利尿效果。

Results： compared with blank control group, at the same time in guangxi were 1 to 3h, 6 h after the treatment can induce rat urine output increased significantly（P〈0.05）, and raw product in sichuan just 1 h after dosing to promote rat urine output increased, Jiang Xisheng product had no obvious effect on rat urine output（P〈0.05）, fujian raw product to medicine can induce rats after 1~2h urine output decreased significantly（P〈0.05）. Guangxi ze Epsom salt main product can induce rat urine output increases, the sichuan salt main product can induce rat urine output increased significantly, and jiangxi and fujian salt main product can induce rat urine output decreased significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the different origin of alisma raw goods no long diuretic effect, but different jersey Epsom salt origin of the goods has diuretic effect of different.
