近代中国私立高校董事会建构研究

Study on the Board of Directors in Private Universy in Modern Times

以近代中国私立高校董事会的本土化建设为视角,对民国时期私立高校董事会的职权、任期、会议及与校长关系等进行了分析,认为当今民办高校董事会应进行董事构成多元化建设,规范董事会外部治理和内部治理,建立科学高效的董事会领导下的校长负责制。

Using the construction of Modern Chinese private higher education board localization as the perspective, it analyzed the mandate, term of office, meeting and the principal relations of private higher education board in this paper during the government of the Republic of China. Private college board di- rectors in today should constitute diversified, standardize internal governance and external governance board of directors to establish the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the board of sci- entific and efficient.
