蚌埠市皖北中心城市功能提升与优化研究

Functional Improvement and Optimization of Bengbu in Central City of Northern Anhui

构建了省域内区域性中心城市功能发挥的评价指标,对蚌埠市皖北中心城市功能现状进行了定量评价,得出其综合功能和成长潜力在皖北城市群位列第一,但是总体发展水平不高。将蚌埠市皖北中心城市的主要功能分为生产功能、流通功能、综合服务功能、创新功能和行政管理功能,对总体功能和主要功能进行了定位。提出蚌埠市建设皖北中心城市的七大路径,包括以"蚌埠都市圈"的思路扩大城市规模,加快由"交通枢纽"向"交通中心"的升级转变,提高第二、第三产业的产业品质,大力发展文化产业,全力打造山水园林城市,提高经济外向度,提升城市管理功能等。

The evaluation index of the function of a regional central city within the province was construc- ted and a quantitative assessment of the functional status of Bengbu city of Anhui northern central city was made in the paper. Research showed that its comprehensive functionality and potential for growth rank first in the city agglomeration of Northern Anhui province, but its overall development level is not high. The main functions of Bengbu city of Anhui northern central city can be divided into production function, dis- tribution function, comprehensive service function, innovative function and administrative function, and an orientation on its overall function and main function was made. Seven paths on building Bengbu city to be- come the central city of Anhui province were put forward, which included using the idea of ＂Bengbu City Circle＂ to expand the size of cities, speeding up the upgrading from ＂Transport Hub＂ to ＂Transportation Center＂ , promoting the quality of secondary and tertiary industries, vigorously developing the cultural in- dustry, building a landscape garden city, improving the economical extroversion, and enhancing city man- agement functions.
