中压操作在甲醇制烃领域的应用可行性探讨

摘要 随着国内煤化工的迅猛发展,甲醇制烃(MTH)领域也得到了快速发展。当前该领域工业装置均采用较低压力操作,造成部分管道及设备尺寸较大,在装置大规模化趋势下,如何有效降低装置投资及运行成本是甲醇制烃领域需要解决的问题。文中以某10万t/a、50万t/a产能的固定床MTG装置为例,从反应过程、管道及设备尺寸、节能及投资成本四方面对比分析,深入探讨了中压操作的可行性。结果表明:中压操作在显著降低设备尺寸及减少设备数量的同时,还有效地降低了能耗,具备良好的经济性。研究结论为未来大规模甲醇制烃装置的设计及建设提供了参考依据。 At present, with the rapid development of coal chemical industry, the industry of methanol to hydrocarbons (MTH) was developed rapidly. The industrial devices of MTH operated with low pressure, which led to the large size of the pipeline and equipment partly. Under the trend of large-scale equipment, the effective reduction of equipment investment and running cost was the main problem to be solved for MTH. The 100 000 t/a and 500 000 t/a of fixed bed MTG units were taken as examples, the feasibility of the operation with medium- pressure in MTH device was contrastively discussed in 4 aspects : the reaction process, the size of the pipeline and equipment, energy saving and cost of investment. The results show that: it is not only can significantly reduce the device size and reduce the number of equipment when equipment operating at medium-pressure, but also can effectively reduce the energy consumption with good economic applicability. The research conclusion provides a reference basis for the design and construction of large scale MTH plants.
